Can the planters stay outside?
Yes! All our planters are stained with Behr Premium waterproofing stain which seals out the elements, and sun's harmful UV rays, for up to 6 years on decks and up to 8 years on fences and siding. We also use the water based polyurethane which has UV protection too.
After a couple of years with your planter you'll want to maintain the crisp graphic, we recommend giving the engraving a light coat of clear Rust-Oleum Painter's Touch (2X Ultra Cover).
What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

When will I receive my order?
Most planters are made to order and we strive to create your planter in a timely manner. We currently deliver personally within Massachusetts and surrounding areas of New England. We will be in touch about delivery dates with you via email once you place your order.
